Bryn Kanuck – Managing Partner

Bryn is a Credit Risk, Product Marketing and Sales professional with 15+ years of proven success in the business to business (B2B) arena. Her expertise includes domestic and international business risk policy and she has consulted Global 1000 businesses on managing credit risk and country risk, with the additional focus of directing their product marketing and channel strategy. She drove outstanding results in her 13 year career at Dun & Bradstreet and her creative “out-of-the-box” thinking was the driving force behind a $45MM Global Risk Product portfolio. She was most recently Leader of Global Risk Products for the Risk Management Solutions segment at D&B.
Bryn is an information services industry expert and has been called upon to consult hundreds of companies in the Fortune and Global 1000 such as HP, Dell, Boeing and Disney on how to more effectively leverage information to manage the credit risk in their global customer portfolios, substantially reducing their bad debt ratio and DSO. She has also assisted many Small and Medium sized businesses by designing smart policies that mitigate risk, but are flexible enough to allow the expansion of their customer base. She was instrumental in improving international data and delivery for D&B, creating a 20% increase in international revenues delivered through the www.dnb.com customer portal. Prior to joining D&B, she worked in sales with Commercial accounts at Nationwide Insurance. Bryn graduated from Wilson College with a Bachelor of Science and is a candidate to receive a Masters of Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. Ongoing professional development has included: Import/Export Training at Lehigh University and is certified in Credit and Financial Analysis.
George Kanuck – Managing Partner

George is a high energy sales and operations executive with nearly 20 years of success creating high growth revenue streams by applying a strategic lens and an entrepreneurial skillset to corporate and start-up environments. His creative approach to building and developing clear, precise business strategies and driving large high-performance organizations has delivered outstanding new business results profitably in startup, turnaround, and high-growth situations. He has worked extensively with global customers in high-tech hardware, software, financial services, pharma and telecom, including Cisco, HP, AT&T, UPS, Eli Lilly, Deloitte and Duke Energy, as well as the federal government in various branches of the DOD, DHS, USPS and Census Bureau.
George was most recently Vice President at Austin Ventures and Mayfield Fund-backed software startup Vovici, where he held various roles leading global sales, services, support and channels for the growing SaaS platform provider of feedback collection and customer collaboration tools, opening new offices in the US, Europe and Asia. As a senior leader at Vovici, George was instrumental in moving the business model from software to SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and drove nearly 80% growth in this segment, winning the largest new business SaaS customers in the history of the company, including the first multi-year seven-figure deal at a Fortune 100 technology company.
Prior to joining Vovici in 2006, he led Fortune 1000, Government and Partner sales as VP, Strategic Accounts and Channels for Hoover’s, an industry leader providing rich information on global businesses used by sales, marketing and business development professionals. George joined Hoover’s and drove triple-digit growth directly and via channel partners such as: Google, Lexis-Nexis, Factiva and Bloomberg while in the midst of his 10-year tenure at Dun & Bradstreet, the global leader in business information services and marketing database systems. As an executive at D&B, he launched several new large sales organizations, always finding the intrapreneurial opportunities to drive dramatic revenue gains for the business and was on the senior leadership team of D&B’s Sales and Marketing solutions division, a $350MM growth engine for the company. He started his career as an entrepreneur in the Lehigh Valley, PA area where he owned his own construction business for 5 years. George earned his B.S. in Economics from Penn State and his MBA from Lehigh University.
Jerry Phillips - Associate

Jerry Phillips, Partner - KCI and President-Managing Partner - PSD3, is a practitioner. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading high-performing teams. His experience includes success in sales, marketing, operations and general management. He has lead startup companies and hyper-growth teams and has turned around under-performing businesses. Jerry has worked with and for Fortune 500 companies in leadership roles such as vice president and general manager.
As a consultant, Jerry is successfully engaged with a diverse client base including the largest rental company in North America, the largest global motor manufacturer, ultra-high growth software-as-a-service companies, telecommunication companies, enterprise software companies and financial institutions. Jerry and his wife live in sunny Austin Texas, where he enjoys year-round golfing when not out on the road with his customers.
